Angela Bullock

As Managing Director for Emergent Holdings-Senior Health Services in Southfield, Bullock drives alignment of long and short-term strategic goals within departmental and administrative budgets. She also is committed to achieving a diverse and inclusive environment in support of the organization’s objectives. Bullock also served as Director of Medicare Clinical and Quality Improvement for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and as Director of External Quality Review for iMPROve Health, formerly known as MPRO, which is Michigan’s designated Quality Improvement Organization that specializes in improving healthcare across the continuum of care using evidence-based and data-driven logic. Ms. Bullock attended John Hopkins University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health and received a Masters of Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan.
