On behalf of the Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN) Faith-Based Collaborative, we are extending this invitation to our monthly Fait-Based meetings. The Faith-Based committe meets every fourth Monday of each month with a focus on substance abuse prevention, treatment and recovery, suicide prevention and positive mental and physical health advocacy. The Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN) Faith-Based Collaboratives hosts a “Faith-Based Wellness Beyond the Walls” Conference annually. This conference is designed to educate, equip and engage clergy, adults, youth and the community as a whole on substance use prevention, treatment and recovery and mental health awareness.
