Opportunities for Major Contracts (IFB/RFP/etc. Downloads)

To view current solicitations for major contracts (those contracts expected to exceed $50,000) you must register with BidNetDirect/MITN at  https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn and download the Invitations for Bids (IFBs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs).

Vendor Registration On MITN

DWIHN accepts quotations only when there is a current need. To be notified of current opportunities for those goods or services you must register with BidNet Direct/MITN at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn Registration on BidNetDirect/MITN is Free to obtain bid information. However, if you would like BidNetDirect/MITN to provide automatic notification of DWIHN's contracting opportunities, which are solicited through a simple quotation process (for contract that will not exceed $5,000) or Major contracting opportunities (contracts that will exceed $50,000), then payment is required. BidNetDirect/MITN is currently being utilized by 110 governmental entities in the state of Michigan. If you decide to pay the additional yearly fee, you will be notified of ALL bid opportunities from all of the governmental entities.

All DWIHN procurement of goods and services are governed by the Procurement Policy.
