Brady

Brady is a young man from Wyandotte who loves to swim, ride his adaptive bike, and spend time with family. The active 11-year-old is non-verbal, has Apraxia, and is receiving ABA Therapy from DWIHN Provider, Chitter Chatter.  Apraxia makes it difficult to speak, so he uses a speech device coupled with an iPad provided by the therapist.    

His mom, Stephanie, reached out to DWIHN to find support and resources to find more manageable tools to help him communicate with his younger brother and enhance interpersonal relationships. As a Dreams Come True recipient, his mom plans to use the funds to purchase a smaller iPad Mini which is more versatile for his young lifestyle.
