D'Lon

After completing an internship with STEP Thrift Store & Donation Center in Wayne, D’Lon was hired as an employee. But he also was looking for something a little more challenging, so he started submitting his resume to employers. He waited patiently for them to call and went on interviews, with no luck. In December of 2019, with the assistance of the STEP E&T Department, D’Lon’s application was submitted to Cintas in Westland. This was a challenge at first, including finding available transportation but he did not let that discourage him. D’Lon was hired and management reports that he is doing great.
