As President & CEO of the Detroit Area Agency on Aging (DAAA), he brings a wealth of knowledge to the Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network’s Substance Use Disorder Oversight Policy Board. Taylor currently leads an agency of 150 staff with an operating budget of $73 million.

DAAA is one of 16 Area Agencies on Aging in Michigan, serving over 90,000 seniors, caregivers and adults with disabilities. He has local, state and national experience in social services, governmental/nonprofit and faith-based sectors.
