DWIHN Outpatient Clinic

DWIHN is currently accepting members for outpatient mental health services, providing the following services for adults of all ages, children, infants and early childhood.

Adult Services

Adults with serious mental illness (SMI) 18 and older

Appointment with a psychiatrist who will evaluate your current mental health symptoms and prescribe the right medications to help you if needed.

Meeting with a clinician to review your needs to help develop a diagnosis and plan for services that are available to help improve your mental health.

Military and Veteran Services

Behavioral Health Services for members in the military and veterans

 Treatment for individuals who need support for both mental health and substance abuse. 

Support by a case manager that will assist you in receiving primary health care screening and monitoring

Individual talk therapy/counseling in an office setting or telehealth

A treatment planning process, based on your individual needs, that welcomes natural supports to create goals focused on stabilizing your symptoms and improving your mental health.

A service where a Case Manager will help guide your treatment and connect you with necessary community resources and supports to help you reach your wellness journey.

Person with lived experience that walks along with you in the treatment process to assist you navigating and engagement with your services.

Children Services

Treatment and intervention for children and adolescents with severe emotional and or psychiatric diagnosis. 

Supports healthy early development by focusing on the social, emotional, and relational well-being of infants and toddlers (birth–age 5).

Strengthens caregiver–child relationships, helping parents and caregivers build secure, nurturing, and responsive interactions.

Identifies early signs of developmental or emotional concerns and provides guidance or referrals when additional support is needed.

Offers coaching, education, and resources to caregivers on topics like attachment, bonding, stress, and behavior.

Promotes long-term positive outcomes by addressing challenges early and enhancing family resilience and stability.

Meeting with a pediatric psychiatrist (doctor) who will evaluate and diagnose your child’s current mental health symptoms and prescribe right medications if necessary.

Meeting with a clinician specialized in children’s services who will review the child’s situation and determine a diagnosis and plan for services that are available to help improve their behaviors and mental health.

Individual and/or family therapy/counseling in an office or telehealth setting by a clinician specially trained to work with children and families

Intensive outpatient therapy and case management services for children and families provided in your home and community for children with severe behaviors that put them in potential risk for out of home placement.

An individual with lived experience with a child that has received mental health services to assist you with navigating and engaging the treatment process with your child.

Young adult with lived experience that walks along with your child in the treatment process to assist them navigating and engagement with their services.
