Event Requests
To request our participation as a vendor, sponsor, or speaker, please provide the event information by completing and submitting the Event Request Form. Requests must be submitted at least one month in advance of your event for consideration.

Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests
Need access to public records? The Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN) is a public body required by law to comply with Michigan's Freedom of Information Act, Public Act 442 of 1976, as revised ("FOIA"). Any questions or FOIA requests may be directed to DWIHN's FOIA Coordinator at FOIACoordinator@dwihn.org, or by mail to the FOIA Coordinator, 707 W. Milwaukee St., Detroit, MI 48202.
