Member Engagement
Member Voice
Your experience shapes how we deliver care. Participate in advisory councils, share feedback, and help DWIHN serve Wayne County better.
Member advisory participation is voluntary, free, and open to all DWIHN members and their families.
Your Voice, Your Impact
Member Engagement (ME) elevates the voice and experience of members. The team provides oversight to clubhouse and drop-in providers, plus member and peer-related activities. They utilize research and data to inform decision-making, whether in the form of publications, programs, policies or practices.
The purpose of the Member Engagement team is to enhance social and community inclusion for members.
