Phone Screening / Spark Hire
- Phone Screening: If your background is a strong fit, a member of our HR team will reach out for a 20–30 minute introductory call to learn more about you and answer your questions.
- Spark Hire (One-Way Video Interview): If used, Spark Hire is before the panel interview. You will receive a link to record responses to preset questions (usually 3–6). Responses are reviewed by hiring managers.

Meet the team. We typically conduct one or two interviews, structured around competencies, values alignment, and your questions for us.

Offer & Onboarding
We move quickly for the right candidates. Once an offer is extended, our onboarding team guides you through credentialing, orientation, and your first 90 days.
