Refer someone you know
Know a talented professional who shares our commitment to behavioral health? Submit their information through ADP, the only official submission method.
They are hired and complete probation
If your referral is selected for hire and meets the established program criteria, including the minimum length of service requirement, you become eligible for the bonus.
You receive $750
A referral bonus of $750.00 (less applicable taxes) is awarded to you according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement or employment policy.

The Refer a Friend program is an ongoing initiative designed to attract talented, dedicated professionals who share our commitment to serving the Wayne County community.
- Open to all current DWIHN employees in good standing
- Referral must be submitted through ADP, not directly to the hiring manager or HR
- Candidate must be hired for an open position within the organization
- Candidate must complete the minimum length of service requirement (probationary period)
- $750 bonus paid less applicable taxes, per applicable agreement

How to submit your referral in ADP
All referrals must be submitted through the ADP Workforce Now portal. Follow these four steps to submit your referral officially.

Log in to ADP Workforce Now
Go to ADP Workforce Now and sign in with your DWIHN credentials. Use the same login you use for timekeeping and pay statements.
Go to ADP Workforce Now (opens in new tab) -
Select "Myself" from the top navigation
Once logged in, click the "Myself" menu in the top navigation bar. This opens a dropdown with your personal HR options.

Click "Career Center" under the Talent section
In the Myself dropdown, scroll to the "Talent" section and select "Career Center." This opens your personal career hub including open positions and referrals.

Select the "My Referrals" tab and submit
Inside Career Center, click the "My Referrals" tab. From here you can submit a new referral and track the status of previous referrals you have made.
