Board of Directors

The DWIHN Board of Directors serves as the governing body of the organization, providing strategic direction, oversight, and policy guidance. Comprised of community leaders, advocates, and subject matter experts, the Board represents the diverse voices and needs of Wayne County residents. Their role is to ensure that DWIHN operates with integrity, fiscal responsibility, and a steadfast focus on improving health and wellness outcomes for all.

Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Oversight Policy Board

The SUD Oversight Policy Board plays a vital role in guiding our substance use disorder prevention, treatment, and recovery services. This board is responsible for reviewing plans, advising on policy, and ensuring that state and federal funding is used effectively to address the needs of individuals and families affected by substance use disorders. Members bring expertise from across the behavioral health and recovery communities, ensuring that services are comprehensive, evidence-based, and accessible to those who need them most.
