Empowering Holistic Well-being
Welcome to the comprehensive School-Based Health Quality Initiative, proudly presented by Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN). This overarching initiative incorporates two specialized programs: the School Success Initiative and the dynamic GOAL Line after-school program. Rooted in integrated health, our mission is to foster holistic well-being for every student through school-based support.
The School-Based Health Quality Initiative is committed to providing a spectrum of school-based mental health and preventative services, with a special emphasis on integrated health. This initiative, complemented by the engaging and impactful GOAL Line afterschool program, aims to proactively identify and address the needs of students who may be at risk of developing emotional or behavioral challenges due to familial or environmental conditions. Simultaneously, we strive to deliver universal prevention services to all students, preventing the onset of emotional and/or behavioral challenges.
